Delivery team augmentation: Traditional consulting firms can rarely afford to maintain the large benches of old. Their ability to attract and retain high calibre expertise is at threat as the traditional consulting model rapidly becomes more agile and cost effective, often in competition to firms providing twice as much experience and expertise at a fraction of the cost. Being able to call upon a flexible bench of often much more highly skilled and experienced practitioners enables an A-team roll out where previously not possible, albeit at a higher cost with often with no greater levels of assurance.
White Labelling: Our highly prized network of independent Consulting Partners, transformation specialists and interim managers have been 'White labelled' and deployed by well known Big4 firms to small niche players in the Lloyds market.
Blended model: We are currently working in a blended model with a global consulting firm whereby we deploy the team, and they provide the overall governance and assurance. The Chairman and CFO are both happy with the outcome as high levels of assurance are achieved in a cost-effective manner with the added bonus of more experienced hands on deck.
