JSS were instructed to deliver a CDO with a big 4 background. One of our transform partners was Eddie Short – a big 4 analytics partner.
Eddie was parachuted in to rapidly design their Data & Analytics strategy. Upon this, they asked him to deliver it, Eddie ended up going permanent and over the next four years built a best in class data and analytics team.

- Airlines/Travel (FTSE 100) – SAP Success Factors- appointed programme leadership prior to lockdown.
- Global PE– 4 back-to-back finance transformations. Interims to deliver global SSC/GBS programmes. PMO, Change, Process Leads (P2P/O2C/R2R), FP&A, Robotics, AI and IFRS Project Leads.
- Water Services -Large-scale S4/Hana ERP optimisation programme - Engaged by the Programme Director to build a team responsible for delivery over an 18-month period.
