Our client saw significant advances in cost centre reporting and controls, and in operational performance management. Our work strengthened the executive board and leadership team and helped identify new revenue-generating opportunities. It also launched the HR Management Systems programme and the finance and digital transformation programmes.
As a result, our client benefitted from major top- and bottom-line improvements that led to EBIT and multiplier growth.

Eddie was parachuted in to rapidly design their Data & Analytics strategy. Upon this, they asked him to deliver it, Eddie ended up going permanent and over the next four years built a best in class data and analytics team.
