Melisa Faruk

Melisa is part of the Financial Services practice at JSS Transform, and supports critical programmes by supplying in-demand change management professionals. She gained her experience at a global recruiter where, from March 2018, she specialised in building out transformation teams at major insurance organisations.

Melisa has developed an extensive network of candidates and contacts and has supported programmes including business process, TOM, IT, cultural and regulatory change across the UK.
