In 2016, we founded JSS Transform to disrupt traditional interim management and transformation delivery models. Our offering is unique. It blends rapidly deployable and high-quality advisory, consultancy, interim management and executive search. And it bridges the gap between traditional search and interim and third-party service providers.
Transformation and change delivery is our business as usual
Our international client base comprises Private Equity houses looking to transform and generate value across their portfolios, as well as selected private and listed organisations going through periods of flux. Predominantly, we support and partner PE houses and their portfolio companies during pre- and post-deal upheaval. Which is, more often than not, when it really matters.
Our typical mandates range from finding a single executive interim to support the board or lead a business-critical initiative, through to full end-to-end programme delivery via Statement of Work.

We drive long-term value through a unique blend of our own global executive search practices and a network of independent partners. These include advisory partners, plus turnkey digital and data partner firms, who provide subject matter advisory, subject matter expertise, quality assurance and programme delivery.
Our partners and interim associates have all gained considerable exposure as industry leaders and experts. Often they’ve also been consultants at global firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, A&M, Alix and the Big 4.

Helping an ambitious new business division reach its goals
A well-established marine insurer had recently set up a new specialty insurance division and planned to grow it quickly. The new division had restructured, created a strategic leadership team and had a large number of projects to deliver. These included a major Policy Administration System (PAS) implementation plus a range of other technology, regulatory and business process change projects.
