Our international client base comprises Private Equity houses looking to transform and generate value across their portfolios, as well as selected private and listed organisations going through periods of flux. Predominantly, we support and partner with PE houses and their portfolio companies during pre- and post-deal upheaval. Which is, more often than not, when it really matters.

Our typical mandates range from finding a single executive interim to support the board or lead a business-critical initiative, through to full end-to-end programme delivery via Statement of Work.

3rd party augmentation & blended model

Delivery team augmentation: Traditional consulting firms can rarely afford to maintain the large benches of old. Their ability to attract and retain high calibre expertise is at threat as the traditional consulting model rapidly becomes more agile and cost effective, often in competition to firms providing twice as much experience and expertise at a fraction of the cost. Being able to call upon a flexible bench of often much more highly skilled and experienced practitioners enables an A-team roll out where previously not possible, albeit at a higher cost with often with no greater levels of assurance.

White Labelling: Our highly prized network of independent Consulting Partners, transformation specialists and interim managers have been 'White labelled' and deployed by well known Big4 firms to small niche players in the Lloyds market.

Blended model: We are currently working in a blended model with a global consulting firm whereby we deploy the team, and they provide the overall governance and assurance. The Chairman and CFO are both happy with the outcome as high levels of assurance are achieved in a cost-effective manner with the added bonus of more experienced hands on deck.
